    Dear Members

    Your Name @ Your Town is undergoing a complete transformation. We have developed a complete new system that will have significant benefits to our members.
     
    • Webmail

    All easily accessible from your own user friendly Control Panel.

    We will be migrating clients over the next several months and this will be undertaken as follows:
    1. We will migrate one domain at a time along with the members using that domain
    2. We will notify you by email 7 days prior to migration so please keep checking your messages
    3. Once your account has been migrated you will be able to access your email online by visiting     www.yonity.com/ynyt/mail your new username will be your email address and your password will remain unchanged unless it is less than 6 characters in which case we will add a series of 0 (zeros) on the end to make it up to 6 in length.
    4. Your email account will become a webmail service by default however those that wish to continue to have POP3 access can contact Support and we will discuss setting up your account  individually on a separate server.
    5. If your POP3 has stopped working and you have not received a migration email for whatever reason don’t worry, it is most likely your account has already been migrated, just follow the instructions above and you will be able to login  as normal.
    6. If you have any uncollected email on the old system and you still wish to receive it just change you incoming mail server name to mail.gofernet.com and it will still be there awaiting your collection.

    During this process no email will be lost. We apologise for any inconvenience however the new system is a very significant improvement on the old POP3 server so please take time to login and try some of the features.
